Staff were all friendly and helpful and rooms were spacious, clean and have air-conditioning. The friendly resident cat joined us for breakfast and a little fuss which was lovely. We had dinner at nearby Bella Napoli Italian restaurant which was amazing - the pizzas were huge and the service was great! A couple of supermarkets are nearby if you need any drinks or snacks.

Room was clean, modern, and far more spacious, compared to the typical rooms of the Ibis Budget chain. Staff was generally accommodating and friendly. They lent us a hairdryer when we asked for it. They let us switch rooms when we complained about the noise of the airconditioning of our initial room. Though quite far from the city, it was convenient with the bus station nearby. We felt safe in the neighborhood when we were walking late at night. Given the cost per night in this property, I think it is great value for money.

Perfect hotel at this price with very helpful and friendly staff. Little, but convenient and clean rooms with everything you need for few days stay. The best things are access from the country when you go inside heavy traffic in Paris, very well organized parking spaces and the easy way to the best public transport in the town like busses and RER system.

Nice inside lobby and corridors. Underground parking for the car. Great localisation Nice people in the front desk. Bed was ok Airco working. Perfect for us, for our road trip break.

Reasonable price, triple beds room, good location (near bus stop, intermarche, Parc de Prés de la Bièvre), friendly staffs

The staff was very polite, the service was excellent, there was breakfast, free parking. Definitely my recommendation!!
